Bead Peening Machine
This project is a Bead Peening Machine originally sold in 2016 with an end location in Canada.
This equipment includes the blast cabinet, dust collector, ventilation ducting, cyclone, vibratory classifier, magnetic separator, blast tank etc.
The blast cabinet is fully welded, and enclosed with 1/4" thick mild steel. This worktable has been customized to 72" long, along with one large work door and an access door for teach operations and easy maintenance.
Note: Peening machine can be modified to suit your company's requirements!

This equipment includes the blast cabinet, 2 lance mechanisms, vacuum reclaim system, dust collector, blast tanks, nozzle carriage manipulator etc.
The blast cabinet is designed to grit blast the ID & OD of the following range of part dimensions:
